尋找一起改變壞習慣的夥伴~ - 時間管理

最近覺得有點渾渾噩噩的。
周末這兩天又睡到了中午,不知不覺錯過了很多場合。
總覺得沒有關心自己的健康與時間,一切慢慢的走下坡。
也許是剛進入職場的適應期,所以有很多事物還在調整當中。
聽說21天可以改變一個習慣。
我想要找尋夥伴跟自己一起改變習慣。
例如:
(1) 不賴床,就執行21天。
因為21天太久了,所以3天回報彼此一次,
這三天以來,達成了100%、66%、33%,還是0%。
(2) 多喝水達到2000cc
目標的內容就以自己剛好跟對方有的壞習慣一樣,或是兩人都想達成的好習慣為主。
通常,拿一個好習慣去取代一個壞習慣,會比較容易持久。
例如,
不賴床。
可以變成,醒來就起床放音樂聽首歌。
有人會有興趣嗎?
其實我是個貪心的人,也是個壞習慣很多的人。
想要改變得很多,但是卻太心急,想要試著讓自己這樣一次只聚焦一個習慣。
慢慢去調整自己的生活,有興趣跟我一起督促的人,也可以提出自己想改變的習慣喔!
