忘記分享,除了以下5點,我還有吃葉酸、綜合維他命,
和穿襪子睡覺。

先說一下我的背景:
今年33歲,和老公102年1月結婚,截至目前將近四年。
結婚第一年採取吃藥避孕,停藥後,做了婚後孕前檢查,夫妻皆正常,
努力半年沒有消息,月經也沒有來,需要吃催經藥才會來。
自己知道身體這樣很不正常,因為吃避孕藥以前的體質,週期是固定
約35-40天。〈避孕藥是28天〉
103年下旬去北醫找王醫師檢查,這10個月間,月經只來三次〈三個月沒
來才去催經,沒催經都不會來〉,在北醫檢查除了AMH是16外,其他檢查
結果包含TSH、泌乳激素、CA-125等都正常,輸卵管攝影也沒有問題。
王醫師都超級樂觀的,他說:疑似多囊性卵巢,好處是庫存很多、機會比
其他人多很多,只是受孕時間比較難抓。
這之後,中西醫並行:看過三家中醫,有名的中醫還要早上7-8點去排隊
拿號碼牌掛號,然後晚上再去看;然後在北醫和婦產科診所吃了好幾個週期
的排卵藥,也打排卵針,不過E2很高,OHSS卵巢過度刺激也讓身體很不舒服。
104年3月,曾經成功懷孕,在板上分享過心得文,無奈在13週,要照頸部
透明帶時,發現寶寶發育不完全,即使足月生產,也無法存活,只好人工流產,
即使心跳還這麼有力......
5月手術過後.,做完小產月子後,8月第一次小紅才來報到。
可能因為子宮受孕過,小產後月經就比較正常了,周期約38天,
然後繼續努力,在11月成功自然受孕。
雖然應該很多人分享過了,但我還是提供一下我的生活習慣:
1.每週4-5次踩室內腳踏車40-50分鐘。〈邊踩邊追劇,其實也沒那麼累〉
2.每天早上空腹一瓶白x氏雞精(原味42g),喝到排卵。
〈雞精:水→1:1,微波加熱,喝起來就像沒味道的雞湯,
還可以接受,以前我不敢喝雞精的,所以怕雞精的朋友可以參考看看。〉
3.用排卵試紙和基礎體溫確認排卵後,睡前泡腳15分鐘。
4.做完功課後,那枕頭墊在屁股睡覺,一小時後或者隔天再去清洗。
5.最後,有一點我覺得很巧,這兩胎成功受孕的前兩個週期,先生都有吃營養品,
之前沒吃都沒成功,為了避免廣告嫌疑,如果有想要知道的再私信問我吧
這一胎也是女兒,雖然懷孕期間極為辛苦,生產大出血,出生後是個高需求寶寶,
整天都得抱著,但是現在快滿三個月了,我和先生都覺得是無緣的姐姐讓她來陪伴
傷痕累累的我們,所以甘之如飴、格外珍惜。
但願此篇心得能帶給大家一些希望,曾經失去過的媽媽也不要灰心,寶寶準備好了
就會回來了。雖然我們失去了忘記戴帽子的羊妹妹,不過終究等到猴妹妹了,看到
