我先講結論,這家不值得特地跑一趟來吃.
訂位後,這家服務生天天打電話過來提醒我用餐的時間,讓我有點小傻眼.
到了用餐的時候,我們是最早到餐廳入座的客人,
因我這桌的其餘的位子都被兩家人包下來了,只能坐最邊邊.
但我隔壁桌明明就可以安排我們坐靠中間的位子,但他們也沒這樣做,
因此若今後看了我的食記還想來吃的朋友,訂位前要先說坐哪邊,以免被優先排到最邊邊.
菜色的部分,老實說我覺得沒有一樣是讓我覺得很驚艷的菜色.
第一道菜-水果與堅果 =>我沒意見

第二道菜-蘇澳來的蝦子=>就比天使紅蝦好吃一點,不軟爛,有蝦味,沒了

第三道菜-生魚片與生甜蝦=>這魚好吃,油脂很甜,甜蝦也很新鮮

第四道菜->舒肥櫻桃鴨沙拉=>肉很嫩有汁,但很薄份量少,蔬菜有苦味,要搭醬汁才可去苦.

第五道菜-鮑魚=>被廚師毀滅的一道菜,廚師在煎這鮑魚沒洗鐵板,煎出來都是燒焦的
油耗味,大埔鐵板燒的應該也部會犯這錯吧(?)

第六道菜-盧鰻=>魚肉有咬勁,皮很Q,一樣兩口就沒了.另外搭配的醬油還不錯!

第七道菜-乾煎紅喉=>四分之一尾,肉很嫩很有油脂.

第八道菜-酥皮濃湯或鴨肝魚丸湯
=>酥皮濃湯酥皮有點像點水樓蘿蔔酥餅的皮,但湯就跟夜市的差不多
裡面的海鮮好像就兩小塊的蝦類夥伴,喝起來有置身師大夜市牛魔王的FU
鴨肝魚丸湯=>我覺得很不搭,湯很像是匏仔湯.丸子很軟爛應該是沒化學藥劑
但鴨肝用水煮一點也不好吃,完全吃不到肝濃郁的味道.
有創意的菜,但我跟女友都覺得失敗.

點濃湯才有的菜-烤魚下巴=>有肉且油脂豐富,忘了是什麼魚.

第九道菜-魚卵海膽焗龍蝦=>廚師說是招牌菜,但我覺得此道也很失敗
海膽魚卵醬我吃起來應該是有混美乃滋之類的東西,一整個把好的食材搞low
很像居酒屋會有的調味.

第十道菜-牛肉捲鵝肝=>也很失敗,牛肉極油裡面的鵝肝估計是罐頭等級的
因為肉太油了,多咬兩口都覺得噁心.這道唯一好吃的是醃番茄.

第十一道菜-煎牛小排=>這道很low,就costco的牛小排味道,但份量少
圖片中,就是一人份的量,大塊的是肉,切丁的是半筋半肉.蒜酥是軟的……
但兩個都極油,我跟女友吃沒幾塊就不吃了.廚師難道不會覺得汗顏嗎?

第十二道菜-炒飯=>炒得很軟爛,也沒有XO醬的鮮味,也是很油,失敗.

甜點-我覺得這家的甜點蛋糕做得很精緻,有撫慰人心的功效.
但飲料冰巧克力喝起來就跟costco的瑞士妞沒啥兩樣.
熱紅茶就給這麼一杯,不是給一壺...

我少拍了干貝這道,廚師大概兩面煎了一下,大約五分熟就上菜了
沒啥遭點,因這就是食材OK,稍稍烹飪就可上桌的菜
心得:
外場服務生的動作很快,一有吃完的東西,馬上會幫忙收.很勤快,這點有加分!
菜色的吐槽點太多了,不值得特地來吃.餐廳裝潢不錯,但用餐很緊湊.
廁所跟用餐區不同棟,但裡面有附一些口腔衛生的用品,算是還不錯
綜合起來,這家我不會再來光顧了,也不會推薦朋友來吃,重要的商業飯局也不會選這間.

=>酥皮濃湯酥皮有點像點水樓蘿蔔酥餅的皮,但湯就跟夜市的差不多
