我最近每天都會喝水1000~3000CC左右~我過完一個暑假原本32公斤竟然胖到50公斤!!!!!我早餐目前是吃三明治+鮮奶午餐就吃學校的營養午餐晚餐則是外食~我爸買啥就吃啥飯是一定友的本人才小六吃藥那是不可能的!再說我也沒那麼多錢去買東西~運動對我來說更不能了~我白天上課晚上還要補習晚上是補數學阿��
