如果是一個人,早上自製早餐不一定能省到錢…還要花時間。
我的早餐工具只有:烤厚片土司的小烤箱+三人份的小電鍋(大推薦^__^),
因為很怕頂油煙去上班,所以不喜歡動到煎鍋。
目前我常做的早餐:
1.紅豆+紫米+糙米+黑糖(熱):號稱紅豆紫米粥,只要把食材前一個晚上泡水,
隔天放入三人份電鍋加熱悶一下。冬天可以加幾顆桂圓。成本不超過30元。
2.烤箱煎肉排:豬絞肉加胡椒和鹽和洋蔥碎末調味,拌一點太白粉,壓成肉排,
用保鮮膜分隔放冷凍,要吃的前一天拿下來解凍,直接放烤箱夾土司。
3.義美熟香腸:目前的價錢是5條99元,但是是不含亞硝酸的,用烤箱烤完切一片
片夾土司,烤起來比煎的好吃,而且它本來就是熟的。超香的。
4.水煮蛋+地瓜:三人份小電鍋上面還可以放一層,上面那一層可以放饅頭、包子、
地瓜,下面那一層可以放水煮蛋,如果不要悶還可以吃到蛋黃剛熟的黃金蛋。
5.白飯+豬肉片:下層可以煮白飯,加點糙米更健康,上層就蔥+豬肉薄片+醬油+蘿蔔+
洋蔥..快好時可以打顆蛋更營養。
6.粥:可以放的材料幾乎是冰箱剩下的菜都可以放入…絞肉、貢丸、芋頭、碗豆、
菜脯、芹菜、排骨、香菇、小魚干、皮蛋、……風味各異。
這樣吃得營養又健康,小電鍋只要開關按下去,時間到了就可以吃到熱騰的早餐。
