我照網路上看的煮煮出來是還可以可是為什麼不向外面賣的湯很甜(可是不像味素的甜)有人有完整的步驟嗎?我看到的都只有先去血水小伙麻油爆香薑片有點焦後放入腰子大火快炒加入米酒水滾了後馬上起鍋大概就這樣是哪邊錯了嗎還有酒精味怎去除久越多湯會越甜?我看到的是這樣可是么子又不能久煮
