我煮人蔘雞湯,裡面有一支切塊雞腿,少許枸杞,少許紅棗,少許生薑,少許鹽巴,六碗水,一小支(整支)生人蔘,一起燉煮,但喝起來只有很重的人蔘味,沒有像餐廳煮的人蔘雞湯香濃,餐廳的喝起來人蔘味沒這麼濃,是因為依比例來說人蔘太多嗎?若要放少一點人蔘,生的人蔘切開後,還能在冷凍庫保存嗎?
