例如:
19. Write down why you're getting up.
What will you be doing when you wake up? If you write down the
actions that you'll be doing the next morning with your extra
time, you're giving yourself incentive to wake up.
這個方法很適合我。睡前我會先計劃明天早起的事情,然後隔天就會有動力早起。
然後適時給自己獎勵一下。 :p
當然,我覺得方法有很多,都可以分享出來給大家參考,
但重要的是,適不適合自己,畢竟每個人的生理狀況、個性等都不太一樣。
