已經爬文過
由於考試將至 一堆書讀不完 也不得不熬夜
偏偏一天需要的睡覺時間很多
想請教考前衝刺過的神人或達人
如何在這一段時間將需要的睡眠時間或休息時間減到最少(不得已阿)
例如 可以一天只睡三到四小時 或成天看書 把這陣子塞一點東西
是真的念不完
