如何改變生理時鐘 - 時間管理

請問我之前的作息是10:00多左右就睡了,大約可以一覺睡到早上6~7:00就自然醒
後來一陣子(約二~三週)必須做實驗,必須3:00左右起來後就一直保持清醒。
實驗結束了,但我的生理時鐘會在3:00左右自然醒,之後雖然有睡,
但大約每隔一小時就醒來,也就是3:00之後的睡眠品質很差,
這樣的情況持續近4個月了,使得白天身體感覺愈來愈疲勞。
請教什麼方法可回復到之前的正常睡眠時間。謝謝。
