想要請問大家在準備考試的過程中,
都是如何排解壓力與建立信心的呢?
我自己是那種只要心情放鬆就可以考很好
但只要一緊張,成績就會非常慘....
常常在模擬考或自己寫考古題中,
都可以有很高的分數
老師和同學也都說我沒有問題
但只要一進考場,我就會全身不自在
嚴重時,會整臉發燙,甚至有要喘不過氣的感覺,
當然成績出來也就不好看,
我知道自己是很容易緊張的人,
也曾經因為過度換氣,被送進醫院...
但我真的很想要改變,
再也不想自己的辛苦與努力,
被自己軟弱的抗壓力給打倒,
請問各位都是用什麼方法排解壓力與建立信心的呢?
