如何去除急躁心? - 學習

我做一件事,比方看一本書,都會想要一口氣把事情做完
如果沒有一次完成它,就會一直想著這件事,
急著要把它完成,否則就會渾身不對勁
到最後演變成不想要按部就班的作,
因為做一點點會急躁,不如什麼都不做直接放棄,以免懸念著那件事沒做完
不知道急躁心和完美主義要怎麼改正
