奧地利跨領域藝術家Werner Puntigam將三個不同藝術性表達的個別展演結合在同時進行的
表演當中，此空間概念包含了視覺與聽覺。本系列的每一場演出都是專為特定場域所構想
，不單是因應空間的建築環境，更包括每次皆邀請不同的客座藝術家。而9/28即將在臺灣
新竹進行的第19版演出，邀請到了兩位皆演奏傳統中國樂器的臺灣音樂家董昭民及張登堯
擔任客座表演者。

The concept of space of the Austrian multidisciplinary artist WERNER PUNTIGAM (
www.ear-x-eye.info) unites three individual acts of differing artistic
directions in a simultaneous performance for the eye and the ear. Each
realization of the series is conceived exclusively to the specific location,
not just with regard to the architectural circumstances, but also by changing
the guest artists each time. For the 19th edition happening in Hsinchu/Taiwan
on September 28, 2016 he has the great pleasure to have the Taiwanese musicians
CHAO-MING TUNG and DENG-YAO CHANG, both playing traditional Chinese music
instruments, as guest performers.

● Werner Puntigam (AT)
生於1964年，奧地利自由即興演奏家（長號、海螺、人聲、噪音）、作曲家與跨領域藝術
家，現居住於林茲，畢業於林茲藝術大學主修視覺媒體設計，並於在學期間參與眾多國內
外國際爵士樂大師班。被評論稱為「聲音的煉金術士」，他曾成立數個具有優異陣容和獨
特聲音概念的演出團體。也曾和多個不同領域（詩歌、戲劇、舞蹈、電影、錄像和純藝術
）的知名藝術家合作，例如：Oliver Mtukudzi, Stewart Sukuma, Joey Baron, Tom
Cora, Joe Bowie, Hank Roberts, Han Bennink, Jon Rose, Sakaki Mango, Akemi
Takeya, Marta Binneti, Mookwon Kim, JC Curve, Josef Haslinger or Henning Mankel
。參與多個錄音、錄像、廣播與電視製作，同時作為視覺藝術家（攝影、錄像和平面設計
），獲得了多項藝術獎項。藝術活動和展演涵蓋了半個歐洲，以及美國、加拿大、莫三比
克、南非、坦尚尼亞、辛巴威、史瓦濟蘭、阿爾及利亞、韓國和日本。

Born 1964 in Bad Radkersburg (A), WP is based in Linz (A) and several months a
year also in Maputo (MZ). He studied 'visual media design' at the University of
Art in Linz (honors degree 1992). During that time he also took part in
numerous workshops with international masters of jazz at home and abroad.

Freelancing multidisciplinary artist in the fields of music (composition &
improvisation / trombone, conch shell, voice & noises), visual arts (
photography, video & graphic-design) and interdisciplinary performances &
installations. Various recordings, video, radio & TV productions. Several
prizes and awards for acoustic projects and visual artworks. Artistic
activities and presentations in half of Europe, in USA, Canada, Mozambique,
South Africa, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Algeria, South Korea and Japan.

● 董昭民 Chao-Ming Tung (TW)
臺灣作曲家董昭民，1969年出生於臺北，作曲師事錢南章教授、Johannes Fritsch、
Mauricio Kagel及Nicolaus A. Huber。德國埃森音樂院最高藝術家文憑並以該校最優異成
積畢業。同年獲頒德國科隆巿政府作曲獎及獎學金。二ＯＯ一年獲台灣國家文藝基金會的
作曲贊助。二ＯＯ四年獲美國洛杉磯Villa Aurora藝術家獎學金。2006年獲許常惠作曲比
賽民族樂器類第二名，2008年獲教育部文藝創作獎教師組音樂作曲特優。同年獲國藝會補
助，製作他的第一張個人原創作品集《音之旅》。其作品已在亞洲、美洲及歐洲的音樂節
多次發表演出：柏林國際音樂節MaerzMusik Berlin、芝加哥新音樂節Soundfield
Festival Chicago、慕尼黑新音樂糸列musica viva Munchen、德國達姆斯塔新國際音樂研
討會等。與他合作的知名團體包括臺灣采風樂坊、德國摩登樂團Ensemble Modern
Frankfurt、德國漢堡Resonanz絃樂團、維也納音響論坊Klangforum Wien、芝加哥諾門訥
斯樂團Ensemble Noamnesia Chicago、芬蘭Avanti!室內樂團、中國國家交響樂團、莫比斯
圓環創作公社等。董昭民目前的創作，企圖將東方的人文精神及藝術思想表現在他的作品
中。他的音樂創作涵蓋了中西樂器的獨奏、室內樂、交響樂、輕歌劇、戲劇音樂。董昭民
擅長古箏演奏與即興。他於2004年與旅德古箏大師徐鳳霞及旅奧作曲家王蓂合組古箏「箏
鳴」 三重奏，並加入電子樂器，極力拓展東方音樂語法及表達手法的新空間。他多次與畫
家及舞蹈家合作創作舞蹈音樂及多媒體表演藝術，融入即時電聲創作，發展他藝術表達的
多樣性。德國法蘭克福日報：董昭民在「睡佛百姿」裡，以樂器的聲響探索為基礎，塑造
了一種暗示性的音樂語法。前所未聞的聲響循序漸進，充滿了無限聯想-宗教般的情懷，且
趣意盎然。(Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, 03.12.2002) 董昭民於2006-2007擔任臺
灣采風樂坊駐團作曲家，並於2007年開始任教於新竹交通大學音樂研究所。2008年與交大
應用研究所和建築研究所共創「交大多媒體藝術團隊」，參加多次國內外跨領域展演和文
藝交流，成果豐碩。

Chao-Ming Tung is a Taiwanese-born composer and gu-zheng player (Chinese zither
). His music encompasses stage, instrumental, vocal, and electro-acoustic works
, and multimedia-performances with visual arts and dance. Since 2000 he has
gradually incorporated Chinese instruments into his music, and improvises with
gu-zheng and live electronics in concerts. In 1988 he began composition studies
with Chien Nan-Chang in the Chinese-Culture-University Taipei. He continued his
training from 1990 -1997 at the Musikhochschule Köln Germany with Johannes
Fritsch and Mauricio Kagel, and later at the Folkwang-Hochschule Essen with
Nicolaus A. Huber, where he graduated with distinction. Since 1999 he has
worked as a freelance composer and musician, and facilitates East-West cultural
exchanges. Tung's work has been presented in concerts of numerous festivals
throughout Europe, Asia, and the USA. He has collaborated with choreographers,
dancers, painters, musicians, ensembles, sound-, media- and video artists, e.g.
Annegret Heiln, René Pieters, Bernhard Gal, Klang Forum Wien, Ensemble Ictus,
Ensemble Modern, ensemble 2e2m, Ensemble On-Line Vienna , ensemble DEDALO, and
China Found Music Workshop Taipei. He was awarded the Bernd Alois Zimmermann
Scholarship for Composers from the City of Cologne in 1999, the Scholarship of
National Culture and Arts Foundation Taiwan in 2001 and the Scholarship of
Villa Aurora Los Angles, second award of international Xu Chang Hui composition
competition Taiwan. He is a composer in residence of China Found Music Workshop
Taipei since 2006 and professor for composition at the National Ciao Tung
University since 2007.

● 張登堯 Deng-Yao Chang (TW)
1984年生於新竹，美國馬里蘭藝術學院藝術創作碩士，2010年回台後持續從事藝術展演、
策劃與推廣至今，並成立江山藝改所藝文空間。自幼學習鋼琴與二胡多年，並參與樂團演
出，聆聽音樂類型廣泛，從古典傳統到前衛實驗，近年開始嘗試以二胡進行自由即興與噪
音演奏。

Born 1984 and also based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. DYC received his Master of Fine
Arts degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Baltimore, MD.
He has been constantly working on artistic practice, curatorial practice and
art promotion since returning to Taiwan in 2010. He founded the art space
"Jiang Shan Yi Gai Suo". He learned to play piano and erhu for many years when
in young ages and participated in a well-known local Chinese orchestra. He
enjoys listening to music comprehensively, from very classical or traditional
to extremely avant-garde or exprimental. He has attempted to play erhu in an
freely improvisational and noisy approach in recent years.

火車站出口出來，沿著左前方林森路直走約100公尺，於左手邊「台灣銀行」前搭乘大遠百
免費接駁車，在第三個停靠站(中山路北門街口)下車，往前直走約50公尺右轉仁德街(地標
為貢茶)，直走約50公尺左轉江山街，找到13號及15號之間的防火巷，進入巷子約15公尺右
手邊即為本所正門。
● 步行
火車站出口出來，沿著左前方林森路直走，看到右手邊的「南門醫院」後右轉復興路並直
走接東門街，看到城隍廟前廣場往正前方找到仁德街(地標為貢茶)，進入仁德街直走約50
公尺左轉江山街，找到13號及15號之間的防火巷，進入巷子約15公尺右手邊即為本所正門
。（約15~20分鐘）
