雖然大賞最近晚餐漲成258元
但始終還是小弟(明明就是叔叔)想吃涮涮鍋時的第一選擇
大賞的食材品質和老闆的熱情大家都見識過了
我覺得一些不起眼的小地方更能看出老闆的用心
ex:
1.大賞是我吃過唯一一家肉燥不死鹹的火鍋店
(有肉燥的火鍋店通常都鹹到不行,好讓你多扒幾碗飯)
2.從來沒有缺過蔥花,也不會用怪怪的器具讓你不好取用
(很多店根本把客人裝笑維,只差沒用指甲剪給你夾蔥花)
3.大賞有辣油,而且會辣!拿來調醬料十分好用 A_A
4.有很多適合熬湯頭的料:榨菜,蕃茄,玉米,洋蔥(偶爾),隨便煮湯都很好喝
(對比一定要提陶一軒,雖然肉/海鮮都很讚,但湯卻無法入口啊!)
5.也有很多料可以更換鍋底口味:酸菜,味增,好像還可以變出麻辣鍋? XD
6.我都不記得我上次是多久前來了...老闆娘記得
7.我都忘記上次是坐哪了...老闆娘記得
8.我都忘記是連續第幾次點培根牛了...老闆娘記得
9.現在根本不用說要什麼肉,老闆娘會直接來雙份培根牛+羊 Orz
我覺得這些小地方反而加分更多
用餐的奇摩子一整個都對了 XD
