心得:
大木櫥滷味,原本在路口用小木櫃賣滷味,
賣到在旁邊開店,洗衣服時無聊,
騎到旁邊買點小點心解纏,一面等衣服好。
店面前面用木櫃展示滷味,口味、種類很多,
招牌上面洋洋灑灑寫滿項目,
價錢也不貴10~30,一份不多,
可以吃到比較多菜色。
夾好喜歡的滷味,
拿到前面給小姐算錢、剪成適口的大小。
前頭排了好多人,
不過店員們似乎有自己的sop,
滷味剪成一口大小,撒點胡椒粉,
淋上滷汁,辣油,夾酸菜、蔥花
很快就輪到我了,很不錯。
貢丸
粉粉甜甜的,不太有彈性,但肉味極濃,
表面裹了滷汁,與貢丸豬肉混作一起,挺爽快的。
青豆生脆,剪作長條狀,
咬得時候發出“嗑滋嗑滋“聲,
溢出豆汁特有的清爽口感
滷到深棕色小豆丁,一份比想像中還多,很入味,
牙齒嚼磨表皮,內裡甜甜鹹鹹的,
吸飽湯汁,豆乾軟嫩、有彈性。
米血,邊邊滷到米粒都變爛濡,
白白的一層薄膜,沾點醬汁,
米飯與鴨血黏作一塊,慢嚼糯米清甜,
滷汁濃郁,有薑、醬油、糖、蔥,中藥已化作鮮香,
八角、甘草、桂皮、豆蔻…等等,高湯極濃。
土豆已軟,但不會入口就化,
保有口感,夾一顆慢慢咬喙,
在口腔磨作泥,又香又甜,
土豆本身就富含油脂,配酒也搭,
可我居然配咖啡,真夠怪的…
看小姐再舀,份量約兩湯匙多一些。
這樣一共八十元,還能接受。
