大學/碩班成績單卡在美國郵局 - 留學

各位板友大家好，我正在申請2015的CS PhD，
文件大部份都丟出去了，但這幾天發現我的大學/碩班成績單卡在美國郵局。
想請問大家有沒有遇過類似的問題和解決方式。
我從學校申請成績單寄出去的時間是11/04，同時寄出去的有四封，
有兩封分別卡在International Serivce Center, NY還有CA。
USPS網站上查詢狀態為Processed Through Sort Facility，update時間是11/06，
另外兩封(寄到MI & MD)大約在兩~三週後就到達學校了，狀態變成Delivered。
有去郵局申請國際掛號查詢了，不過因為郵寄者是學校不是我本人，
所以郵局阿姨也說不確定能不能查、要查多久。
我有寄信去跟兩間系所說這件事了，一間是回罐頭訊息：
" Due to the volume of documents received,
please allow 4-6 weeks for documents to be recorded on the website. "
另一間是說：
" I'm not sure I can do anything to help. Do they need to speak to me? "
但是USPS不接受海外個人郵務查詢，我還不確定有沒有辦法讓他們牽上線。
有任何板友有遇過類似經驗，可以提供我一點建議嗎？
