夜間效率比白天好 - 時間管理

我是長年的夜貓子,大約從國中起就慢慢開始有晚睡習慣了
到現在大三,很不願意的發現似乎夜間的精神會比白天好
就算整個白天都是滿堂、忙得要命,前一天又只睡四個小時,
幾乎是只要過了晚上十一點精神就會變好,
窩在書桌前讀書、處理雜事的效率之高讓白天的我都為之汗顏…
(白天大多是順著自己安排的行程上課、上班,比較不需要自發性的做些什麼)
然後就一直到三點半左右,忙碌時甚至可以弄到五點甚至天濛亮。
(三點半時上床只是不敢太晚睡,而不是睏了,睏的感覺都要五點以後才會出現。)
之前嘗試調過作息,那幾個月裡白天做事的效率依舊沒有以前晚睡時好…
我是要硬調作息早睡早起,還是就這樣保有效率好的夜晚時間呢?
