〔奇怪〕你能想像嗎?夜市最熱賣、排隊要1小時以上才吃得到、
晚來還可能白排的美食竟然是蛋糕,
那想必有他銷魂、每賣出一個就變粉絲的獨到之處,今天就來介紹台中旱溪夜市

夜市從入口處就排了長長人龍,店員說周四人還算少的。

我們從下午五點開始排隊就排了1小時,離開之後人龍多了一倍,還不一定買的到喔!賣完
就撲空了。

當天剛好冷氣團來襲,排隊期間飽受寒風吹拂之苦,地理位置又在橋下,冷到每個人直打
哆嗦,為的就是精緻的純手工蛋糕。就算排到攤位口,還要等上5分鐘,只好先來一睹有
型的老闆保羅及壯觀點心。

點心都是手工當日製作,無法量產,搭配新鮮水果,從不用罐頭水果或現成的果醬。也因
為老闆對點心料理的堅持,店員告訴我未來也不會裝潢店鋪也絕無分店,那只會讓他們更
加忙碌而已。

他們的蛋糕很多樣,選用的都是當季食材製作,因此每次推出的都不盡相同。舉例來說當
天共有九種蛋糕,兩天前看粉絲頁竟然有四種蛋糕是不同口味。

雖然在後面排隊時看了很久,終於輪到我們時,卻還是很猶豫要選哪幾樣,每一種都看起
來都相當可口。
而五點來排的我們,所有蛋糕已經剩一半,可想見後面的人要自求多福。

●點心品評:
草莓森林派:
真材實料草莓去熬煮的內餡滿到快滴出來,酸酸甜甜的一點都不膩口,雪花般的糖粉灑落
在鬆軟細緻的蛋糕上,搭配當季新鮮草莓醬,這就是冬季的滋味了吧!

檸檬乳酪派:
檸檬的酸甜首先抵達舌尖,濃厚馥郁的乳酪香接續在嘴裡化開,咬下去的瞬間稍微帶點酥
脆的餅皮與二者合而為一,直接吃到好幾層次的口感,就算吃完之後蛋糕的香氣仍在喉間
盪漾著,讓人意猶未盡呢!

櫻桃巧克力:
保羅爸爸的巧克力是一定要嚐嚐的,濃厚的巧克力一吃下去就知道是真材實料,櫻桃巧克
力蛋糕濃郁卻不死甜,還吃的到櫻桃果醬粒,苦甜微酸的滋味在嘴中相互交融,達成某種
和諧的平衡。

Oreo重乳酪起司:
轉一轉、舔一舔….欸?Oreo中間的奶油夾心怎麼變成了乳酪?甜鹹搭配還意外的非常合
呢!尤其Oreo單吃很容易甜膩,加入的乳酪中和了味蕾口感,身為Oreo奇食教學的小弟來
說真是佩服五體投地,不管怎麼做也無法超越他的oreo料理

1塊通通只賣50元銅板價,但有限定一次至少要買2塊以上,真材實料的扎實份量加上無與
倫比的口感,可說是划算至極。看完以上是不是想去朝聖一下了呢?我想未來排隊時間只
