貢獻一道在報紙看到的"鳳梨蝦球"--我自己沒弄過,不曉得難度高不高
不過夏天吃應該蠻清爽 而且吃了會有食慾再吃^^
材料: 草蝦仁300g 鳳梨100g 起司粉 太白粉少許
調味料: 醬油1/2茶匙 米酒適量
作法: 蝦仁用醬油,香油,米酒醃15分鐘
醃好的蝦仁裹太白粉和起司粉,入鍋以中溫油炸至金黃香酥,
和鳳梨一起置入盤中,擠上沙拉醬就完成.
