位於台北市士林大南路慈諴宮廟口的「青青菜菜」鹹水雞,雞肉用獨特調味料醃漬與
特製高湯燉煮,之後再將雞肉用冰水泡,保持鮮嫩。老闆黃韋翰表示他們不用鹼片、
漂白水,完全是天然配方,而攤位賣的30多種青菜則是用純青菜高湯熬煮,素食者也可
食用,歡迎民眾前往嚐嚐。
