增加體力的辦法? - 時間管理

因為最近深感有好體力=有好效率
所以想請教大家這方面的問題
我每天因為工作的關係 需要開很久的車
下班後 只想唸書 所以連運動都不想去
但最近發現 每天晚上躺在床上伸懶腰時 我體內似乎有過度無法負荷的疲倦量
一方面也跟生理期快來臨有關
我喝了雞精 吃清淡了 多喝水 有開始吃B群了
但是還是常常充滿疲憊
有時候連做題目時 都覺得自己在恍神
請問這該怎麼辦?
一個月後就要考試了
所以我也不會出去渡假放鬆
.......
