填Appendix 8表格遇到一些問題想請教版友 - 留學

各位大大好,我在填Appendix 8表格時遇到一些問題感到很confused，
想在這邊請問大家都怎麼填
我目前要唸的課程是一個月的Pre-sessional+管理碩士，拿的是conditional offer

問題如下
5.5 Have you been assessed by your sponsor by other means, for example by
progress on a continuing course of study, as party of a study abroad
programme, by your sponsor's internal test, a porfolio of artwork, or other
means(state which)?
這題我看不是很懂..可以請英文比較好的幫我解釋一下嗎>"<

再來就是English Language course部份
5.6 Are you coming to the UK to study an English qualification at the correct
level, as stated in guidance or to study English as a foreign language?
這邊指的是我是不是要去英國攻讀英文方面的學位嗎？

5.7 Have you been assessed by means if an academic/professional reference?
這邊又是什麼意思？

6.8 You must have 600 pounds per month to cover maintenance in the UK
(up to a maximum of 9 months).
請問這格我是不是自己填上600*9=5400呢？如果是的話...6.17我又有問題了

6.17 Do you have any fees and maintenance still due for payment?
Course fees>>>__________ (這邊學費的部分我要扣掉我已經繳的部份還是就照學費填?)
Maintenance>>>_________
Total>>>>>>>__________
(我的學費是13295,目前已繳了250鎊為學費定金跟200鎊宿舍)
