國民黨彰化縣長黨內初選競爭激烈，尤其呼聲最高的立委林滄敏與彰化縣副縣長柯呈枋呈
現拉鋸戰，國民黨進行全民調，並在今天上午11時公布結果，最後由林滄敏支持度以將近
7.4%勝出。
但柯呈枋陣營由彰化縣政府機要秘書陳治明代表，並在結果公布後突然喊出：「不公！」
表示對樣本數有異議，要求保全證據並提出異議申請。林滄敏則鞠躬感謝所有支持者，並
表示將拜會所有對手，並向其請益。
初選包括（依號次）立委林滄敏、溪湖鎮長陳文漢、彰化縣副長柯呈枋、前彰化縣府機要
秘書黃君韜、前國大蔡志弘5人登記參選，並由艾普羅、成功大學、全國意向調查研究中
心3家民調公司依政黨對比、黨內互比等計算出總支持率，加總平均支持率最高者勝出，
總平均支持度依高低順序為林滄敏38.725%、柯呈枋31.335%、陳文漢11.951%、黃君韜
