試過好幾種提神方式
咖啡...濃茶...還有白馬馬力夯都喝過
不過個人覺得最讚的還是吞兩顆B群最實際。
平常大部分都吃萊X美(Nat..e) ←這樣應該不會有廣告嫌疑了吧。
請問大家有啥推薦、也有效的牌子嗎?
