吃過早餐後就想睡覺 - 時間管理

即使前一天晚上已經睡很足夠了
(大約十一點半上床,早上七點起床)
而且早餐的量也有控制(大約七分飽)
可是只要吃完早餐,
開始讀書大概三十分鐘,
行動就慢慢變得遲緩,
想睡了起來。
因為一睡整個早上的讀書計畫就被打亂,
所以很困擾。
但不小憩的話,感覺精神不濟,也就會小趴睡一下。
有版友也有這樣的情況嗎?
想問問有沒有克服的方法?
