吃完飯後30分鐘會陷入沉睡? - 時間管理

下週日即將面對一場早上8~9點開跑的筆試
但是我通常在吃完餐點後半小時 就會很沉睡
(我曾經寫完答案後 都還沒檢查 就睡倒 睡到試務人員以為我昏倒的地步==)
BUT不吃 又會肚子餓
請問大家有什麼建議的早餐嗎?
或是非常不推薦的食物當早餐
我自己是覺得澱粉類的(麵包漢堡或炒飯)
或讓我很想睡覺
不知道若換成紅茶或是水果或是全麥雜糧饅頭會不會比較好一點?
而且我還要連考兩節咧>"<
