前陣子家弟訂婚剛好是請阿勇師來外燴,小弟我就來跟各位版友分享一下菜色和心得

https://imgur.com/a/JysJab4 菜單,總共有十道菜
https://imgur.com/a/qBrcicH 菜單背面,目前共有永康的漂亮議會廳和歸仁的漂亮莊園

https://imgur.com/a/PQ5EHi5 冷盤(烏魚子/腰子貝小目斗/干貝燒海蜇花),烏魚子真材
實料,腰子貝小目斗新鮮Q彈,而且五味醬調得很好,干
貝燒海蜇花就比較沒印象了。

彈牙不會過硬。

從未吃過的口感!嫩中帶Q又有些許綿密,煙燻味也恰到
好處!

不在話下,醃酒料的調味也是濃淡適中,吃完不會有
酒駕的疑慮 > < 至於北基貝記憶點就比較低了

的,但個人私心如果調味換成五味醬的話會更優^^

讓人在吃了前面這麼多道海鮮後,一樣是把這道菜秒殺。
但個人覺得把粉絲換成寬粉或河粉應該會更速配。

宮韓式油飯比較起來不惶多讓,紅蟳就更不用說了,光看
照片就知道蟹黃一定是很飽滿啦^^

官網也可宅配!料多湯鮮味濃,這時候如果可以把湯料
澆在熱騰騰的白飯上面,就算是已近喜宴尾聲,一樣是
可以嗑他個好幾碗XDD

不輸阿霞飯店的甜湯,尤其是裡面的杏仁粿和蜜芋頭,
到現在還會想念啊!
洋洋灑灑打了一大篇,全都是小弟個人實實在在的食後感XDD
明年家弟迎娶婚宴時,地點是選在阿勇師的漂亮議會廳,而且到時候的菜色還會再升級
