個人一句心得:食物不錯但價位偏高難以親近,回訪率中等

因為朋友新辦了一張信用卡必須趕在三月底前在SOGO消費滿千才能換首刷禮,
我們先在忠孝館晃了晃但沒看到甚麼特別想吃的,於是又漫步過來復興館這兒,
在望著想吃但晚上才開幕的晶湯匙興嘆後轉而選了沒吃過的點水樓。
這間分店佔據了SOGO復興館一整側,裝潢由外至內走的是傳統中國風,
這個由南僑陳飛龍先生所打造的品牌創立至今也就十年爾,但在不少美食評比上
總能名列前茅。

有點驚人的小菜櫃,雖名曰小菜但除了容器小份量小之外幾乎道道菜色的工序都不小,
可惜是次我們只有兩人而且預算有限(就抓在千元上下而已),這櫃就留待再訪才說吧!
水壺底座可以置入燭火加熱。
XO醬拌乾麵
好的XO醬就像這樣是以干貝為主體而非靠大量蝦米混充,不過這辣度有點
出乎意料之外地高,對於能吃辣的人來說雖然開胃好吃但感覺該有的鮮香
似乎略為減抑,至於不太能吃辣的應該一口就KO了吧

小籠包 & 蟹粉小籠包
兩籠十顆破一顆,顆顆皮薄味鮮湯汁豐盈,不過兩者肉餡都過於細緻較沒那麼愛,
蟹粉小籠包內的湯汁稍嫌膩口。
東坡肉
正面看肥肉居多還好翻過來比例勉強算是有接近半肥半瘦,但瘦肉部分稍微柴了些,
滷汁非鹹非甜反倒偏酸,整體感覺肥而微膩,酸而不黏,不濃不鹹
寧式蘿蔔糕
單看價位可能會有點驚嚇,表皮煎得脆而不焦只上了一層淡淡的金黃色,
口感厚實滑嫩吃得出蘿蔔絲跟火腿,不過我們更喜歡煎得再焦些,
而且這單價實在有點吃不消
心太軟
這道由上海蔡名廚王炬明在20世紀末發明的甜點以糯米外包紅棗再用糖水下去熬煮,
外鬆內綿但甜度極高,即便螞蟻人如我也得兩人分食一小碗;
不過以此做為這頓飯的結尾倒是甜蜜滿意。
剛好是午餐跟下午茶時段交界,廚房內的師傅似乎都去休息了~
