我平常常常光顧的L'amour咖啡蛋糕館的老闆今天試做一款新的巧克力蛋糕,
全程使用70%的巧克力,
動機在於他最近試吃了某家剛開幕的巧克力蛋糕,覺得不甚滿意,
尤其是價錢部分又偏貴,便嘗試也做看看,
尺寸更大價錢卻更便宜!(不過名字與價錢都仍未確定,但是一定比較便宜就是了)
小弟今天有幸試吃此款蛋糕,感到與有榮焉,
照例細心為蛋糕以各種角度拍了照之後,便開始品嘗老闆細心的傑作:
外表看起來巧克力色澤很漂亮,散出濃醇的可可香,
橫切面一樣不得了,濕潤感中帶有彈性,歐依西so,
入口後,很有質感的濃郁巧克力甜味與均衡的苦味慢慢散開來,
口感細膩,尾韻悠長,這真的很好吃!
這確定是我下一次一定要點來配摩卡的巧克力蛋糕了,
老闆請早點開始賣吧^^
