五點四十五到，門口的說等四到五十分鐘
現在還沒吃到
前面只有三組，但訂位一直來，永遠都有一兩桌空著，但你就是不能進去
也不會給等的人先看菜單加速點餐
人手也不足，看服務員跑來跑去
先不說裝潢神醜之類的感官問題
這家店根本連餐廳都不會經營
半小時前問他要多久，他跟我說快了
但七點客人有五組，繼續等
從五點五十到現在，餐廳外都站了十幾個人吧
估計錯時間就算了，發現差這麼多，完全不跟外面的人說明預估時間要延長一倍
很難相信這樣的服務是連鎖店品質

七點20終於進來
進來更感覺到人手不足
等待過程 服務品質令人不爽，但無法對店員發怒，因為他們真的跑來跑去沒停下來過，也滿辛苦的
還沒吃到就得給最差差評
