單純想詢問假如遇到這種情況會怎麼做呢？
前天小妹在堤防邊騎車準備轉進三光國小的巷子走忠孝橋時，對向車道突然出現十幾二十台的電子花車（改的亮晶晶的機車），九成沒戴安全帽，還改卡車喇叭（汽笛），一群人狂按喇叭逼前方轎車走開…
後來他們騎進忠孝橋下的堤防，我也彎進巷子了…
本來一直在想要不要順路進去警局說一聲，但也不知道要說些什麼好…就打消念頭了囧…
遇到這種情況大家會怎麼做呢？？
