我打算在這個寒假內進行我的減重計畫之前看電視時有一家專賣低卡路里的便當店舉例:用少量的肉加上大量的蔬菜作出獅子頭低卡起司加少許高卡起司做出的焗烤我打算三餐都吃低卡路里的食物來減肥當然會做運動但我現在還是學生(國中生),怕這樣會健康不良或攝取熱量不足(我一天的活動量並不大)所以想請專家們幫我設置一週的健康減肥餐我要早餐.午餐.晚餐的食譜重點是要吃的健康也可以達到減肥的效果還能感到有些飽足感不會太容易就餓了作法�
