每年房屋稅也很驚人 國王一號院契稅就要四十萬 等於房屋稅每年八萬起跳
4.簡單講還是 你自住有需求 負擔的起 就買吧
要等中小坪數再降價 可能很難等
除非你本來就再看國王一號院這種大坪數的
那真的可以再等等看 絕對很好談~
