作息調不過來 - 學習

平常是個上班族
但是要準備明年的考試
吃完飯回到家就會很想睡覺
可能都會睡到9點10點才起來
這樣變成晚上到1.2點才睡
作息整個顛倒
晚上讀書的效率也不好
不知道有沒有人有方法可以改善的
我不想在睡下去了啊~~~~~~~
