吃過東西以後躺下來睡覺
這樣對消化而言較為輕鬆
要注意的一點是最好向右側躺
可以助胃的內容物可以順利推入腸中
只是姿勢維持久了可能對心臟又不好
所以可以稍做變換
我本身是學醫的~~~
人的身體很微妙
也沒有所謂的一定
只是供大家參考參考囉!
