今日台中市議會第三屆第一次臨時會開議，
才剛開議，
罕見的國民黨、民進黨兩黨就口徑一致達成共識，
均要求柯呈枋參事務必在競選彰化立委的百忙之中，
撥空蒞臨議會備詢。
國民黨議會黨團書記長張瀞分，
更直接開口要求柯呈枋參事既然要參選立委，
就應該辭職參事一職。
而堂堂議會殿堂上，
咱們台中市市議會議長張清照，
面對賴佳薇議員要求盧秀燕回答質詢事項，
也毫不讓人失望的漠然無視，
非常守信用的遵照先前互相談好的，
［我不會讓他質詢到，我們都會配合］。
