看了板上如此多九九虹的文章
被洗腦了幾個月後
讓我忍不住找了一個雨天去做了消費
話說 , 在下外食十餘年 每間店一定都是食用"雞肉"
因為豬肉會讓我聞到酸味 羊肉更是令我作嘔
在雞肉的判定上我也有獨特的見解
肉質決定一切 調味只是搭配
好的肉 不用任何作料 都可以吃出它的爽口綿密
加上調味之後 這就是比創意了
老闆的確很多言 , 尤其在滂沱大雨中還自誇著一小時前
還有二三十個客人前來購買
如果是身旁等候的客人說的 還可能有些說服力
但老王如此說法 便令人有種淡淡的哀傷
12分鐘內同樣一句話講了三次 這恐怕是最大的敗筆
老闆推薦我吃看看藍帶雞排
並在15分鐘內食用, 既然老闆做了如此推薦
美味當前 那我也絕對要遵守
臨走前 我還問了老闆一句 藍帶需要切塊嗎 ?
老闆的回答是不用 .......這樣才有披薩牽絲的fu
7分鐘後 我回到了住家
我先咬了一口 這個皮本身就讓我不想再咬第二口了
皮略厚, 味道過重, 都會影響到雞肉的食用感覺
內餡起司是放的挺多的 但整體Q感卻不是那麼的佳
肉質中等 大概是只有士林夜市的水準吧 !
不好意思 這個口味我不會再碰了
PS :甜不辣也沒有鄉民說的好吃
胡椒鹽的運用比例適度改善會更優 !

我常常想,如果人與人之間,
在一起的目的都只是單純地為了瞭解彼此,
那該有多好。
