今天的內行美食,要帶您到台東品嚐口感特殊的「醉雞凍」,裡頭湯汁使用10多種中藥秘
方,再用紹興酒浸泡,熬煮10個小時,成為果凍般的湯汁,再搭配滑嫩的鮮雞肉,口感獨
特,有趣的是,這家店沒有店名或招牌,全靠街坊鄰居口耳相傳,卻還是高朋滿座。
金黃外皮的滑嫩醉雞,淋上果凍般的特製湯汁,最後加點酸菜,當場香氣四溢!香噴噴的
紅燒肉,新鮮酥脆,搭配各式各樣的小菜,像是小黃瓜、豆干等,最後再來碗熱騰騰的咖
哩飯,想吃到這些家常菜,全靠街坊口耳相傳,走進巷子轉個彎,小店沒有看到店名或招
牌,但總是擠滿了人。民眾:「很適合大眾口味,應該在地人才會比較清楚。」
這間店由年約70歲的邱姓老夫婦經營,強調全手工,還有獨門配方,像是這道招牌料理「
醉雞凍」,使用10多種中藥秘方,再用紹興酒浸泡熬煮10個小時,就會出現果凍般湯汁,
口感獨特。業者邱太太:「我兒子研發的,他是農工食品科,去比賽獲得第一名。」
夫婦倆原本是退休後打發時間,一天只賣3小時,但因為真材實料,加上優惠價格,也意
外吸引人潮。
