中華vs中投 (已爬文) - 南投

目前家裡是使用中華最低速的ADSL (1M/64k)，1個月是239
速度自然是慢到爆~ 想升級~
爬文之後，似乎對中投的正反評價都有…
想請問，如果我的需求是一般網頁瀏覽、收發email、偶而下載影片
不玩線上遊戲，網路使用時間在白天居多
目前的考量是，如果升級到中華3M/384k，是1個月567
中投4M/384k半年繳是2700(1個月450)，8M/1M 半年繳是3300(1個月550)
(而且現在送3個月，等於4M/384k的9個月只要300/月，8M/1M則是367)
就數字上看，差不多速度的(3M/384k vs 4M/384k)，中投真的便宜很多
若中投真的比較慢，那申請中投8M/1M，也還是跟中華3M/384k差不多價錢
不過我也知道…案情絕不是這麼單純的…
能不能請大家提醒我一下是不是還有甚麼問題呢? 謝謝!

PS.據說地點也有些差別?!
我家在南投市與草屯中間的三不管地帶…中華真的慢到連BBS都不太動…
中投不知道會不會好一些!?
