周末到國定古蹟板橋「林本源園邸」參觀,
午餐就到名聞遐邇的「油庫口」吃蚵仔麵線。
「油庫口」蚵仔麵線位於致理技術學院對街附近,
由文化路一段188巷進去,走沒幾步就看見招牌了。
﹝店門口規劃排隊動線﹞
﹝店門口另一邊是烤香腸區﹞
此店中午十一時開始營業,我們十一時半抵達,店內幾乎已經坐滿了。
「油庫口」內場外場人員多,服務效率高,
在櫃台點餐完畢,拿到品項壓克力牌就座,
工作人員隨即依序送來所點食物並收費,以及奉上統一發票。
賣小吃而主動開立發票,足見其生意已好到引起稅捐單位的注意。

﹝品項壓克力牌﹞
我們點了加料綜合蚵仔麵線,一碗五十元,
蚵仔大粒,來自嘉義東石,裹番薯粉,外表滑而蚵仔飽滿肥美;
大腸燉煮已軟,微韌而猶帶鮮味。
香菜之外,其湯頭散發油炸紅蔥頭香味,令人激賞。
尤其麵線不糊,絲絲分明,吃起來比一般麵線有彈性,不愧是手工製成。
﹝綜合蚵仔麵線﹞
﹝豬肉香腸﹞
豬肉香腸一支二十五元,加入高粱酒提味,烤過之後尤添肉香;
雖然部分外皮烤焦,幸好汁多味美,肉質富彈性,頗為可口。
﹝台式泡菜﹞
可惜「台式泡菜」醃泡得不夠入味,高麗菜和紅蘿蔔絲偏硬,乃今日之敗筆。
離開時,已逾中午十二點,店門外開始要排隊了。
「油庫口」蚵仔麵線本是流動攤販起家,因口碑流傳,乃有今日之規模,
甚至於自六月九日起,在一街之隔的漢生東路開設分店,顯見其客源之充足。
大抵而言,其蚵仔麵線果然名不虛傳。※
