豬肉餡餅很多人吃過,但半月型油炸餡餅你吃過嗎?台中大甲一間餡餅店,招牌豬肉餡餅
一天賣600個,顧客就愛咬起來外層「酥脆」,內餡「噴汁」的口感,有別於一般餡餅的
圓型外觀,老闆自創半月型經過油炸,更能保留內餡的原汁。
每一片半月型餡餅,造型與眾不同,經過高溫油炸,表皮金黃酥脆,薄薄的麵皮裡面可是
飽滿內餡,韭菜盒子裡面除了有韭菜、冬粉,還有筍絲;招牌豬肉餡餅特別選用溫體後腿
豬肉,透過半月型麵皮,緊緊封住肉汁。
小小餡餅店只有2坪大,卻總是擠滿人潮,老闆說秘訣就是運用創意,將普通餡餅改良成
半月型,經過油炸,更能保留內餡的原汁,難怪客人絡繹不絕。
客人一吃就上癮,這間位在台中大甲鎮瀾宮附近的餡餅店,很多香客來這裡拜拜,都會順
便買幾個餡餅解解饞,老店一賣就是27年,一天可以賣出600個。
