如果是習慣先作題目的同學
遇到只出 句子改寫.單字題的段落
就稍微留意一下重點
以免summary時因為對該段落缺乏印象 (因為單字直接選答案 沒看文章)
所以選錯
另外TPO中存在某些文章 有某一個段落都沒出選項
但是summary 中確有相關的內容

請問這是在問什麼呢？
在找答案之前先看清楚選項
這個敘述中有一個跟其他3個特別不一樣
They held different values than the people of Rome.
這是違反常理的選項
因為這一段就是在說羅馬起源地 與羅馬精神的關連
怎麼可能說他們的價值觀與羅馬人不同呢？
其他3個選項其實是這樣的
A: based on trade relations
C: Agriculture
D: knowledge of animal instincts
排除B A.C.D 其實是問 羅馬的生活基礎是 ？
A=商 , C=農 , D=牧
答案在哪裡呢？
文章並不是獨立的 教大家筆記得原因就是要方便回憶上一段
2段末 有數個平行句 不過核心是這一個觀念

很顯然這一段的內容呼應 要瞭解羅馬 就要瞭解他們與土地的關係

不是 animal instincts
這是ETS利用文字相似性設計的小陷阱

請小心這裡用的是3個名詞 + 3個同位語 (定義 a X of)
不是6個性質

3. iustitia= a sense of the natural order.
