Do you need a bedroom in a warm and nice apartment which is close to campuses?
We’re looking for a roommate to share a 3-bedroom apartment. The current
students staying there are one male and one female Rutgers graduate students—
one majors in statistic and another majors in chemical engineering. We need
the third roommate.

Location: 10 commercial ave, New Brunswick (right beside Cook and Douglas
campus (public safety building area). Very convenient! It is close to the
campus bus stops (Public safety building and college hall) and Bravo (grocery
shopping). Downtown area is within 10 mins walk.
We can drive you to a supermarket too!

There are three bedrooms with carpeted floor, spacious Living Room, Kitchen
and 1.5 Bathrooms. Parking spot is also available.

Rent: roughly $600 per month each person, including utility bill (electricity
& internet). The rent can be adjusted according to your room size. (Total
rent for the apartment is $1625, utility excluded)

The room is available from middle of Dec.
