前文煎來吃光光
我自己的做法 是將牛排先抹上少許鹽巴及黑胡椒(粗粒更好)
兩面各用大火煎約一~兩分鐘將肉汁鎖在裡面 再用烤箱烤約10~20分鐘(看你要吃多熟)
一般來說烤10分鐘大約是medium的熟度 用奶油煎更香
Costco前陣子有賣Prime等級的牛排 這種好東西真的可遇不可求
雖然價格貴了點 但是這牛排只要用最簡單的烹調方式 不用太多的調味就超好吃了
