2萬戶社宅 桃市府明年無法達標

多位桃園市議員昨天質詢社會住宅興建進度,再度質疑市長鄭文燦2萬戶社宅政見跳票,
市府都市發展局長盧維屏表示,明年確實無法達此目標,需要一棒又一棒接力造福後代;
鄭文燦說,上任後依住宅法新規定修正政見為多元化保障居住正義調整方案,「不是跳票
」。
都發局昨在議會工作報告指出,市府計畫自辦社宅30處共8千戶,八德1號和2號、中路2號
和1號4處先後完工,10處興建中,16處啟動尚未動工,蘆竹2號、八德3號明年完工。
市議員黃婉如、葉明月等人要求說明進度落後原因,要求加速,並質疑8千戶與市長競選
時提出的2萬戶政見差距很大,形同跳票。
盧維屏說,社宅不能從政治角度看,畢竟需要土地,市府起初發現沒有土地,開始找地興
建,以購買、撥用、協調、租地及「自己生地」透過都計變更等方式全力以赴,才有8千
戶基地。
盧維屏表示,只談跳票等於抹煞市府用心施政,意義不大,達到2萬戶目標須下一任市長
接力,「如同買地給兒子蓋」,第一棒8年跑得很穩,下一任市長、局長一棒一棒接著蓋
,才能造福後代。
新聞處長詹賀舜轉述市長鄭文燦說法表示,上任後,依住宅法新規定修正為興建社宅、包
租代管、租金補貼和原住民租金補貼4大政策,不以2萬戶為目標,也在多次施政報告、競
選連任時說明採多元化保障居住正義調整方案,「不能說是政見跳票」。
鄭文燦說,目前中央、地方合力興建社宅共1.2萬戶、包租代管2826戶、租金補貼1.7萬戶
,原住民租金補貼1千戶,多元化保障居住正義調整方案已照顧超過3萬戶。
詹賀舜也表示,桃園社宅計畫第1階段明年完成12處基地約4170戶,第2階段正展開設計、
施工等作業,未來可望完成1.2萬戶交屋,加上都更、農水署合作案等,數目還會增加。
