因為是同一題，所以直接回覆原標題(證明我有爬文)
我在這一題也錯很大，想請教一下選項的判斷

由於主旨句是

讓我認為這題主要要討論石油的本質，而非其相關發展議題
因此2和4誰是detail誰是重點讓我無法判斷
而3的相關論述雖然占了一整段
