前幾天因目前的房子有些問題
所以，最近想找房子搬家
想請問在淡水上班的上班族和租屋族
大家租的房子都以哪邊為主呢??
因目前租的房子位在學區內
很多學生
所以有時候有些生活習慣會不太一樣
在租屋板或591看來看去就那幾個社區大樓
不是財庫，金雞母就是淡大菁英
但，我想這幾個應該也都以學生為主群吧...
所以，有沒有好心人可以分享一下呢?
希望找到有管理員隔音設備又好的房子呀..
真是厭倦了每年找房搬家的生活阿...
