想請問在第3段中 有提到一段句子 雖然不是考題 但是在看到這句並沒有很了解
The free expression by outward signs of an emotion intensifies it .On the
other hand, the repression, as far as possible, of all outward signs softens
our emotions.

這邊的it 指的是 emotion嘛 ?另外想請問 第一句提到的emotion的outward signs是指
free expression給情緒上的feeback嘛?
