每次帶朋友去鹿港奶奶家玩,隔天早餐我多半會安排去鹿港的菜市場吃麵線糊。在市場有
兩間賣麵線糊的店比較有名,一間是龍山麵線糊,另一家是王罔麵線糊,而我比較喜歡王
罔的口味。
記得小時候回奶奶家,爹低怕塞車所以都是凌晨出發,所以通常大約早上六七點就會到鹿
港了,在回奶奶家前,我爹低都會帶我們去吃一碗再回去。
我爹低常說這麵線糊從他幾毛錢吃到現在一碗20元,可見這間店的歷史有多悠久。而一碗
20元的價錢,也是北部看不到的。在這間店,你只要坐下不需要跟老闆點餐就會有人送上
一碗給你,原因很簡單,因為那裡只有賣這一樣東西,所以老闆看到你坐下,就會直接端
給你。如果一碗吃不飽,可以再來一碗,如果吃飽了,把錢放在桌上就好,一碗20自己算
。
據我觀察來這間店的顧客,其實多半都是本地人,不是專程來吃早餐就是買完菜順便吃一
碗再回家,畢竟這只賣早上到中午,遊客多半不會這麼早來鹿港。其實我很愛吃麵線,但
這家麵線常讓我有一種很奇妙的錯覺,就是赤肉比麵線還多!其實他口味很簡單,裡面只
有高湯和油蔥調味,如果口味喜歡吃重一點的人,會自己加辣椒醬或黑醋,我本來習慣先
吃半碗原味,再吃半碗加黑醋。
之前帶朋友來吃,他們多半吃不習慣,一來是口味二來是他們不懂為何麵線會是早餐?但
如果還有朋友來鹿港,我還是會帶他來吃這味。
除此之外,對面的魷魚羹也很有名,只不過我個人不愛勾芡的食物,所以通常只有我爹低
和媽咪會去吃,而我,一碗麵線糊就可以打發我囉!
