通常鹹豬肉不是都會先用水燙過
在起鍋煎一下,因為我覺得好像很油
我通常會煎到肥肉的油都跑出來,
肉硬硬的,剛好配上軟軟的豆乾...
個人覺得這樣比較好吃,
但是聽說一般的煮法是稍微煎一下就得
拿來炒豆乾,蒜白,不知道版友都是
如何處理呢?
